Return Internet Orders

Exclusion of return are:

Decorated artificial Christmas trees, Christmas lights and glass baubles- if marked, except view term.

For all your purchases, a view period of 14 working days, unless the offer is excluded. In this period you can order your unused, undamaged and complete in its original packaging to return. If you decide not to take your order, we delivery, as in the previous paragraphs above, fees, also € 5, - processing calculated. In return, any damage or defects will be charged. These costs vary per order. We reserve the right to if you caused damage to returned goods, any charges.

But no later than 14 working days of receipt, the goods back in our possession.

Returns needs to be reported within 14 days to ina@royalchristmas.nl, with the mention of your order number. When you return an item outside of the mentioned terms, the payment wont expire.
